Bill Harrigan is the Founding Commercial Broker for Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. Intero was founded in 2002 by Gino Blefari who is now president and CEO of HomeServices of America, Inc., the country's largest residential real estate company based on transaction sides. Bill is going on 20 years of service with Intero and is now the First Senior Vice President at Intero Commercial in the San Francisco East Bay office. Licensed since 1979; Bill has 35+ years of experience in the business, specializing in investment grade real estate since 1984. Bill has superior market knowledge for asset types including Multi-Family and Retail in Northern California. Establishing long term relationships with clients and institutions has allowed Bill to build successful platforms for local San Francisco Bay Markets as well as California at large and selected national core markets
